Engagements are run directly by Blake Crosley — twelve years at ZipRecruiter as VP of Product Design, currently Chief Technology Officer at Introl. Branding & Identity

Logo design, visual identity development, copywriting, and brand strategy. The work that defines who a company is before it has shipped its first product, and the work that holds it together as the company grows. Every engagement results in a working brand system, not a deck.

Product Design

User interface and user experience design for iOS, macOS, visionOS, and the web. The discipline is the discipline of small things — ship the smallest version that works, live with it, then improve the part that's actually used. Past consumer work has been used by over 110 million job seekers; current studio products span eleven apps across the Apple ecosystem.

Engineering

Native Apple-platform development in Swift 6 with SwiftUI, SwiftData, HealthKit, and StoreKit. Full-stack web development in FastAPI, HTMX, Alpine.js, and Jinja2. The studio writes the code it ships, runs the infrastructure it ships on, and signs the receipts.

How engagements work

The studio is single-operator with collaborators brought in by project. That means the person who quotes the work also designs it, builds it, and ships it. No handoffs, no juniors, no scope creep. Timelines are scoped to the smallest version that solves the actual problem.
